• Monday - Saturday: 10am - end of ballgame
• Sunday: 12pm - end of ballgame

  All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

  Rain Out / Rain Check Policy – If an official game is not played, the ticket can be exchanged for any subsequent regular season game during that current season. The ticket will be of equal or lesser value (based on availability). Suspended game tickets and complimentary tickets are not exchangeable.

• In the event a game is ended, but official, or the second game of a double-header is rained out, there are no exchanges.
• A game is considered official after five innings of play (4 ½ if the Pelicans are leading.) In the event that all remaining regular season games for that same season are sold or rained out, ticket holders may exchange the ticket for any home game in the month of April of the following season (based on availability).
• All exchanges can be done in person or by mail only.

  FOOD AND BEVERAGE – No outside food or beverage may be brought into the stadium.
